My name is Kurt Stauffer and I am the owner of Twincruiser Tours. I love nature, animals, and of course, touring and discovering with a motorcycle. Making people happy is particularly close to my heart.
Riding a bike for me is much more than just a means of transportation – it’s a way of life. Be one with nature, feel the wind passing by, to smell the different fragrances and enjoying the unparalleled Swiss panoramas while I’m on two wheels. My camera is my constant companion, capturing the spectacular and often unexpected moments that each new day on the road brings.
My approach to traveling is fundamentally different from that of a conventional motorcyclist. It’s not about getting from A to B as fast and… within the law, as possible, but about enjoying the journey itself. The meetings with people, the culture, the history and immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings, make each tour a unique event.

Since the early 1970s, I have been a passionate motorcyclist, gathering valuable experiences in various countries.
Particularly formative were the years, I did spend in South Africa. This period enhanced my multicultural language skills in Afrikaans, English, French, German, and Dutch, enabling me to cater to an international clientele.

After three months of »Covid house arrest«, our tour with Twincruiser Tours was a true salvation, bringing back the long-missed feeling of freedom. The route was perfectly planned and with hardly any traffic, even during public holidays, allowing us to peacefully take breathtaking pictures from a unique perspective that only a local guide like Kurt could know.
This trip especially showed us the importance of high-quality accommodation, at the end of the day. A big thank you to Kurt for this unforgettable experience. We wish you all the best, keep it up! We will recommend you and look forward to the next time.
I stopped riding a few years ago and as »born-again biker«, I was insecure. Kurt confidently and expertly guided me on my first tour with my own new motorcycle through the Alps. The route was perfectly tailored to me, leading through picturesque valleys and over impressive passes. The carefully selected hotels offered warm hospitality and ideal relaxation opportunities, to be fresh and ready for new adventures the next day.
From start to finish, everything was excellently organized. Kurt, with an »holding hand«, brought the »greenhorn« safely back home. The tour offered a fantastic combination of motorcycling, nature, and cultural experiences, as well as first-class food and wine. The tours with Kurt were a constant highlight! Kurt found paths in, for me known and familiar regions, look completely new and exciting to us. Each tour was full of surprises, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the environment.
